The installation of the SmartFactory project took about 1.5 months. The operators' use and inclusion in the system is built on a very simple and simple layout. The most important feature is that it pulls instant data from the machines in the background, independent of the operator, without the need for additional hardware. We can record and report all instant malfunction records on the machine and data such as speed and revolutions on the application. From the beginning of the process until today, the technical support team contributes positively to the functioning of the system with instant and live interventions.

With our transition to SmartFactory MES software, we have come a long way in a very short time with the rapid installation process without the need for additional pieces of equipment, instant tracking of our operations, access to waste and stoppage reasons and historical reporting. With the integration of our ERP program, we have become a more planned, fast and efficient factory in the field with the initiation of traceability and the physical removal of technical drawings and work order forms from the field.
